WHAT IS MEDIATION?
Mediation it is a voluntary, simple and practical way to resolve disagreements. It involves an independent, neutral third person ⎯ who helps people in conflict to talk to each other, understand one another and work towards a solution that everyone can accept.
Unlike a magistrate, judge or arbitrator, the mediator does not make decisions, delivers judgements or make orders.
